Finding each little light inside yourself that burns and gets deeper & deeper as you spiral up with all the will power, life force prana energy swirling you up into a bright light that makes a beat of igniting flames with passionate waves of radiating heat. 
Prana has many forms of meaning, from the physical breath to the energy of consciousness itself.
Prana is not only the basic life-force, it is the original creative power. It is the MASTER form of all energy working at every level of our BEING! Indeed the entire universe is a manifestation of prana.
You find someone who you feel is your twin flame, and it begins, since they are basically your twin they trigger you and you trigger them. You end up becoming attached to this person as well, which is a no no! Attachment truly is the root to all suffering!
After the full on seeing only into the heart chakra of each other, you also start to see the good the bad and other things. It’s always a choice, but usually the best is to let them go. Allow the growth for the both of you but on a separate path. So you go your separate ways, you both end up getting stronger and better on your own individual pathway.
Because you have decided to focus on the within and loving yourself which reflects to the without!
